Unemployment Insurance Appeals Commission Decision Search
Welcome to the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Commission’s (Commission) Decision Search page. The Employment Security Act protects the privacy of individuals seeking benefits under the Act. Information that is disclosed during the claims process is confidential and the Commission may not disclose that information to the public. While the Commission must treat that information as confidential, the Act also requires the Commission to make its decisions available to the public. In order to fulfill both these requirements, the Commission redacts the names of the parties and witnesses and other confidential information in its published decisions.
You may search by Commission Appeal Docket number, MOAHR/Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Docket Number, date range or keyword or phrase. Publication is an ongoing process. This page will be periodically updated.
